  1. Thank you Ryan for all the info. I enjoyed the video, snack ideas and the meal suggestions. I started today eating the Keto way. I want to loose about 35 lbs. So, today my journey begins to a healthier life style.

  2. Hey Ryan! I watched your 5 Steps to Start or Restart Keto video which led me these recipes – I cook for myself so I have a few staples of easy keto recipes I make that don’t have me cleaning a full sink of dishes every single night, and I’ll add some of these to my rotation! If I may – I find that many of your recipes don’t include seasoning, such as on proteins like the fish and shrimp tacos, or even in eggs! I love to cook, so I typically go a bit off script anyway for recipe seasonings, but I am thinking that if someone who is not familiar with cooking prior to starting Keto and wanted to use your recipes might not realize how far simple salt and pepper will go in making a dish a lot more enjoyable! Could you comment on whether you typically add more seasoning than is represented in your recipes?

  3. Thanks for all of the info Ryan! I’m a 57 year old with a few weight related health problems. Been overweight most of my life, but I need to lose the excess weight in order to reverse some of these health issues. Also would love the added benefit of more energy and less tired all of the time.
